How can I Pay?

We accept Bank Transfer, Paypal, Credit Card, Bank Card, Cheque and Cash Payments.

Hourly consulting and all of our Addons should be paid online, unless otherwise confirmed. For Complete and Royal services, we request a deposit paid online – the balance is then invoiced by email and payable by bank transfer, cheque, credit card or cash.

When do I Pay?

Payment for services must be confirmed before we can start working with you.

For our Essential, Addons and Hourly products, fees must be paid 100% in advance.
For Complete and Royal services, a deposit is due in advance of initiating service, and the balance due must be paid following an agreed schedule that aligns with the project schedule.

How long will it take to confirm Payment?

Payments made via Paypal might take 1 business day or more to confirm and bank transfers may take 1-3 business days. We request that you send us a proof of payment when you make a credit card payment or bank transfer.

PayPal Restrictions

In order to make a payment using PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account. However, PayPal has varying restrictions for non-members. If you’re experiencing problems, please consider linking your bank account to your PayPal account and sending funds from checking or savings rather than making a credit card purchase. Contact PayPal for further information and assistance.

Payment FAQ

Are Sales Taxes or VAT added to your fees?

For individuals, our fees are inclusive of all relevant Sales Taxes and Value Added Taxes, there are no additional fees. For some institutional clients, we may need to add relevant Sales Tax or VAT to your order. Please contact us for details.

I don't want to pay online, can you send me an Invoice instead ?

If you prefer that we issue you an Invoice via Paypal or that you pay by bank transfer, cheque, etc. that may be possible. Please contact us with your request.

I'm trying to pay, but I have a problem

If you need additional information to complete a bank transfer, please contact our office team. If you are experiencing a problem when trying to use PayPal, please contact PayPal first to resolve the issue. If PayPal is not able to help you, please contact our office team.

What Currencies do you accept?

We usually issue invoices in Euro (€) to remain consistent with prices on our website. By request, we may be able to accept payment in British Pound Sterling (£) and US Dollars ($).
